After an extended travel in Argentina and Chile, it's time to reflect on some of the truly memorable moments from the past two months. First off, on top of mind is the culinary delight at Boragó, in the beautiful Vitacura district of Santiago Chile.
Chef Rudolfo Guzman and his team of young Chefs from all over South America are on a mission to showcase the best of natural Chilean cuisine using only locally sourced ingredients from the vast lands of Patagonia to the tops of the Andes.
Ask me what I had, I can't remember exactly.
Ask me if I was dancing in my seat, you bet I was, with a lot of oohs and aahs as my senses were firing with each tasty dish, paired just right with an amazing glass of Chilean wine.
